Hannah & Barry’s Wedding at St.Eurgain & St Peter’s Church and Llyndir Hall Hotel

As promised, here is the first of the long awaited beautiful autumn weddings from last year. Hannah and Barry’s wedding day began with strong winds and rain, but as the day progressed, moved onto mellow autumnal sunshine. Hannah’s amazing smile shone through all day long and coupled with the vibrant sunflower bouquets, you would never have guessed how extreme conditions initially were!

The wedding ceremony took place at St Eurgain and St Peter’s in Northop, a very impressive and picturesque church, and then a short journey onto Llyndir Hall for a relaxed drinks reception where the guests sipped Pimms on the lawns while listening to a jazz band playing in the conservatory.  I love photographing at Llyndir Hall, fabulous views as far as the eye can see in every direction and eclectic furnishings added here and there – just great!

Hannah and Barry, thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and I wish you and your lovely families much happiness and many thanks again for choosing me as your wedding photographer.

Happy 2012!!

Yes I realise there are only two more days to go until February is with us, but this is my first blog post of 2012 so Happy New Year to you all!  January has been filled to the brim with meeting clients booking me for their 2012 (and 2013!) weddings and engagement photo shoots.  A busier than ever December has left me with a blog post backlog with some wonderful autumn weddings of 2011 I have yet to write about, all of which will be added to my blog over the coming weeks.  So here’s to an amazing year for all you Brides and Grooms-to-be and my first Chester wedding of 2012 is only days away…can’t wait!!

I am a sucker for a beautiful winter sunset, so here’s one of many we have been treated to recently over the River Dee.
